Grief and light. Pain and love. You can hold both.
Soul-level support for navigating sacred thresholds throughout life and death. Before, during, and after.
You're standing at one of life's most sacred thresholds.
You want to do this with grace—to be fully present, to say what matters, to not carry regret.
You want practices that honor the sacred, guidance that makes this meaningful, support that holds both the grief and the gratitude, the practical needs and the soul work, the endings and what comes after.
Sarita Rowe Davy
Certified Death Doula, End-of-Life Practitioner, Life Transitions Guide
In Jamaican tradition, death is met with both solemnity and celebration, grief and gratitude woven together. We don't simply wait for death; we wait with death, not in fear, but in preparation, accompanying—tending the space physically and spiritually.
As a Certified Death Doula, this is the foundation of how I work: I intuitively hold both the sacred and the practical, the sorrow and the joy, the traditions you bring and the rituals we create together.
Whether your family has specific practices you want to honor or you're seeking guidance on how to make this transition feel sacred when you don't know where to start, I pull from my extensive toolkit of embodied, soul-level practices and my strategic consulting experience to help you design the process that works for you.
Support that moves through your body—energy clearing, sound healing, breathwork, ritual design, personalized practices that reach where words can't.
Beyond Talk
I walk with you through all three stages: sacred conversations while there's time, presence at the threshold, and deep grief transformation for months after, offering you support that doesn't end when your loved one dies.
Before, During, After
Strategic clarity when you're overwhelmed. Anticipatory care that holds you. Spiritual depth without losing the practical.

The Bedside Village. Many hands, one heart. This is how we held my mother as she crossed—and why I do this work.
For fifteen years, I worked in corporate strategy and change management—building systems, anticipating needs, guiding teams through complex transitions.
My colleagues will tell you I brought soul to those spaces too: "Even amidst the pace and pressure of corporate life, she carried a soulful steadiness…an unwavering belief in the healing power of alignment and connection."
I've sat vigil at deeply personal bedsides—for my father, my brother, my mother—and alongside friends and family walking this path. Each taught me something different about crossing thresholds, and about the village we build to hold one another through.
Now I volunteer in hospice, continuing to learn from families navigating their own passages. One hospice nurse said, "I love when you come and do your energy work—the room feels so much better, and I do too."
This work is about reclaiming death from sterile institutions and returning it to the sacred, the communal, the deeply human.
The Bedside Village
Soulbliss brings together Soul—our deepest essence, what always remains—and Bliss—grace with joy, the peace within the storm, the glimmers of hope.
The moment when the soul exhales. Seen. Safe. Sovereign.
The presence that emerges at life's thresholds when we honor truth—holding grief and light, embracing the fullness of being human.
What those I work with have said…
"Working with Sarita was both grounding and transformative. Her unique gift lies in being deeply compassionate while also unflinchingly direct—she creates a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and guided. She helped me navigate some of the most difficult moments of my life."
— K.S., who lost both parents
“I love when you come and do your energy stuff, the room feels so much better, and I do too.”
— Hospice nurse
"What sets Sarita apart is her calm and grounding presence. In moments of uncertainty, she helps others reconnect with their inner balance, offering guidance that is both realistic and inspiring. Her work is profoundly meaningful—everyone who works with her walks away feeling more whole, focused, and empowered."
— M.H., family member

As a certified death doula and end-of-life practitioner, I support families before, during, and after a loved one's transition / crossing.
I offer non-medical support and often work in collaboration with hospice care to provide sacred conversations, energy work, ritual design, vigil guidance, grief support, and more, according to each individual and family’s needs.
Navigating grief to grace, I bring both strategic support (fifteen years in corporate change management) and soul-level embodied tools (sound healing, energy work, personalized practices). You get practical help AND spiritual depth.
And for those who need support through other major life transitions, I also offer drop-in sessions and mentorships. You can learn more here, or by booking a free discovery call.

Both.
In-person for Miami and South Florida families, and virtual for clients worldwide.
Energy work, ritual design, transition and grief support translate powerfully virtually.
Travel available at a day rate.

I typically begin working one-on-one with the person navigating their loved one's death.
Often, family members naturally join sessions as the work unfolds. If you want to bring in a partner or sibling from the start, we can structure that intentionally.

My work is spiritual and soul-led, not religious. I honor all paths and beliefs.
I draw on the Jamaican traditions I inherited and the multi-cultural practices I’ve come to respect (ritual, energy clearing, celebration alongside grief); but I adapt to what's true for your family—whether that's prayer, silence, ancestral practices, or simply presence and space to hold you.
-
I combine practical guidance (hospice navigation, decision support, conversation facilitation) with soul-level, embodied work—ritual design, energy clearing, sound healing, Reiki, Holy Fire Karuna, Breathwork, fascia release, Akashic Records, and Human Design.
My Jamaican heritage taught me to hold both solemnity and celebration, grief and gratitude woven together—and I bring that foundation to every family I serve.
If your family has specific traditions you want to honor—specific prayers, cultural practices, meaningful music—I help you weave those into the threshold experience.
If you're seeking guidance when you don't have established rituals, I help you create practices that feel true to your family.
-
If you're drawn here, trust that. But here's what families tell me: I hold both the hard truths and the hope. I bring strategic clarity when you're overwhelmed AND spiritual tools when you need to go deeper. I don't bypass grief with toxic positivity, and I don't let you drown in it either. I help you hold both—the shadow and the light.
